Hudson Jameson is a highly communicative and passionate Blockchain industry veteran. - Served as a legal expert witness for the DeFi Education Fund, helping prevent patent litigation against crypto projects, including cases involving Compound Protocol and MakerDAO.
- Consulted with the EY Blockchain team to support community development around the Nightfall ZK rollup and the Starlight zero-knowledge proof compiler.
- Coordinated Ethereum network upgrades between 2016 and 2020 as core developer coordination lead.
- Led responses to multiple Ethereum security incidents, including attacks on the Ethereum Foundation and the Ethereum network.
- Co-founded the Ethereum Cat Herders to support Ethereum protocol coordination, documentation, and education.
- Co-founded an IoT blockchain startup focused on automotive applications, winning a $100,000 global hackathon for a smart contract toll payment system.
- Co-authored EIP-1 in 2016, restarting the Ethereum Improvement Proposal process, and served as Lead EIP Editor from 2016 to 2021.
