A January 2016 tutorial token with a satellite-antenna emoji (๐ก) as its ticker, whose constructor never ran because the contract was renamed and the constructor was not.

Description
RadioCoin is the ethereum.org MyToken tutorial token, deployed on January 15, 2016. Its author renamed the contract to RadioCoin but left the initializer called MyToken. Solidity at the time treated a constructor as the function sharing the contract's name, so MyToken became an ordinary public function and nothing ran at deployment. The function also ignores its arguments and hard-codes the name "RadioCoin", the symbol ๐ก (U+1F4E1, satellite antenna), zero decimals and a default supply of 1,000,000.
About 30 minutes after deploying, the creator called MyToken(1000000, "RadioCoin", "๐ก", 0) by hand to initialize the token, then made a few transfers over the next month. Because MyToken has no guard, anyone can call it to set their own balance to any amount. Someone did exactly that in October 2026, nearly eleven years later, passing the name "doesnt matter" and the symbol "ding dong". The hard-coded strings left the token's name unchanged.
It is an early case of the misnamed-constructor bug, which Solidity addressed with the constructor keyword in v0.4.22.
Source Verified
Exact runtime and creation bytecode match with solc v0.1.7+commit.b4e666cc, optimizer on. Source reconstructed from bytecode: the ethereum.org MyToken tutorial token with the contract renamed RadioCoin and hard-coded name, symbol and decimals. Every soljson build from v0.1.4-nightly.2015.10.2 to v0.1.7 reproduces it with the optimizer on. Verified on Etherscan and Sourcify.
