This contract shares identical runtime bytecode with MyToken (0x3c655ccb...) which has been verified through compiler archaeology.
The same token code as 0x3C655ccb35666579511489af88153517fc58b017, redeployed the same afternoon with a supply of 1,000.
Historical Significance
The second deployment in the October 2015 run that first brought balanceOf, transfer and the Transfer event together on Ethereum mainnet, in block 427,198 on 23 October 2015, two and a half hours after 0x3C655ccb35666579511489af88153517fc58b017 and from the same account, 0xB1a2B43A7433dd150BB82227eD519Cd6b142d382. The runtime code is identical to that contract and only the supply argument changed, from 1,000,000 to 1,000. Its Transfer event still declares both addresses without the indexed keyword, so a log reader cannot filter by sender or recipient. Deployed twenty seven days before ERC-20 was proposed as ethereum/EIPs issue #20 on 19 November 2015. It never moved a balance.

Deployed 23 October 2015 at 12:18 UTC by 0xB1a2B43A7433dd150BB82227eD519Cd6b142d382, two and a half hours after 0x3C655ccb35666579511489af88153517fc58b017 and from the same source. The only difference is the constructor argument: 1,000 rather than 1,000,000. Runtime 508 bytes, public balanceOf mapping, transfer returning false on an insufficient balance, unindexed Transfer event. It emitted no events and holds one transaction, its creation.
Source recovered by compiling against solc v0.1.6+commit.d41f8b7c with the optimizer off, reproducing both the deployed runtime and the creation bytecode exactly.
