The cluster deployment pattern suggests a coordinated release of multiple interdependent contracts constituting a revised version of the Alarm Clock system.

Piper Merriam described working heavily on the Ethereum Alarm Clock in the year following the September 22, 2015 initial launch, fixing attack vectors and improving the incentive design for third-party executors. The December 23, 2015 deployment, approximately three months after the initial launch, falls within this documented period of intensive iteration.

The contract received five transactions. The deployment transaction at block 733809 was followed by external interactions from different addresses in 2016 and 2017, indicating the contract was actively used as a live service for an extended period after deployment.
