Description

Curio Card #17b (UASF Misprint) is an original 2017 Curio Cards art token with artwork by Cryptopop. Card 17b is the accidental misprint companion to Cryptopop's Card 17 UASF artwork, created by a duplicate deployment on the same release day as Card 17. The artwork keeps the UASF theme from Card 17, tying the card to Bitcoin's user-activated soft fork debate, while the contract history gives it a separate identity: it was ignored for years, rediscovered during the 2021 Curio Cards revival, debated by collectors, and later accepted as a canonical part of the collection. Curio later released a dedicated 17b wrapper with Cryptopop artwork that distinguishes the misprint from the original Card 17.

The contract uses ERC-20-style token functions with symbol CRO17, 0 decimals, and on-chain totalSupply 500. The card token is locked, so no additional cards can be minted. Final card supply is 497.
