One address in storage, a get() that returns it and a setOwnerAddress(address) that writes it. There is no check on who may call the setter, so the owner slot belongs to whoever wrote to it last. Thirteen of these were deployed over two days in October 2015 by a single address, one after another, which reads as a deployment script being tested rather than a contract meant to hold anything. Source recovered by exact bytecode match: solc v0.1.5+commit.23865e39 with the optimizer off reproduces all 251 bytes of the creation transaction.
